Pregnancy transforms your body, mind, and daily life. To help you navigate this period and take care of your mental well-being, You, Me, Baby offers an accessible, science-based online program.

Developed by a team of researchers and healthcare professionals from CHU Sainte-Justine, this program is based on the Mothers and Babies model, which is backed by strong scientific evidence. Its effectiveness was tested on 510 pregnant persons. The result? A proven positive impacts on the well-being of expectant parents.

An Accessible and Evidence-Based Tool

The platform provides practical tools to reduce stress, manage emotions more effectively, and strengthen mental well-being. You’ll find engaging videos and illustrated comics designed to support you from the beginning of pregnancy through your baby’s first birthday.

This tool can also complement conventional therapies for postpartum depression, anxiety, and parenting-related stress.
